Description:
The LED Optical Lens is made of high grade PMMA material with a transmittance rate above 93%. We supply a full range of beam angles including 5, 8, 10, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 degree. The narrow 5 degree angle delivers a concentrated, focused spot for spotlight projects. This lens is compatible with SSC, Edison and Epistar high power LEDs.

FAQ:
Which beam angles and distributions can you produce? Typical configurations include:
Narrow spot: approximately 5°–15°, for long throw and high center intensity.
Medium beam: approximately 25°–45°, for general directional lighting.
Wide flood and diffuse: approximately 60°–120°, for uniform area illumination.
Linear / elliptical: for example 10°×45° or 15°×60°, for wall grazing and aisle lighting.
Custom distributions outside this range can be developed through optical simulation.
Which LED packages are your lenses compatible with? Our optics are engineered for 1W, 3W and 5W high-power emitters mounted on star PCBs, as well as common SMD packages such as 3030, 3535, 5050 and 7070. Final matching depends on the light-emitting surface (LES) diameter, package height and the designed focal position. Please share your LED part number for verification.
What materials are used for the lenses and holders? Lenses are produced from optical-grade PMMA or optical-grade PC. PMMA offers high light transmittance and strong resistance to UV yellowing, making it suitable for most indoor and outdoor fixtures. PC provides higher impact resistance and thermal tolerance for demanding environments.
What is the purpose of the lens holder? The holder serves three functions: it locks the lens at the exact focal height above the LED, it retains the lens mechanically without applying stress to the LED package or solder joint, and it blocks stray peripheral light to help control glare.
Can you supply the lens together with a matching PCB? Yes. We can supply the optical lens, the holder, and a populated aluminum PCB as a pre-aligned kit. This eliminates LED-to-cavity alignment tolerance on your production line and simplifies assembly.
Do you also produce multi-cavity lens arrays for street lights and area lighting? Yes. In addition to single-LED optics, we manufacture multi-cavity lens arrays ranging from compact square modules to long linear arrays, with symmetric or asymmetric light distributions for street lights, tunnel lights, high-bay fixtures and floodlights.
