This 50x50mm SMD 3030 LED module lens adopts a 12-in-1 optical layout and high-transmittance optical grade PC, delivering uniform, low-glare light output. It is a direct replacement optic for LED high bay light, flood light and street light modules, and supports OEM/ODM customization of beam angle, PCB circuit and printed logo for worldwide buyers, importers and lighting fixture manufacturers.

Q: Why does each lens element have a ribbed or striated surface?
A: The radial ribbing visible on each dome is a deliberate optical texture rather than a decorative finish. Textured or fluted surfaces are used to spread and blend the light from the LED, softening beam edges, improving colour-over-angle uniformity, and reducing the appearance of individual LED images in the output.

Q: Which LED packages can be matched with this lens?
A: Matching depends on the LED package size, the light-emitting surface (LES) diameter, package height, the LED pitch on the PCB, and the focal distance the lens was designed for. Please provide your LED part number for confirmation.
Q: Does the perimeter channel support sealing?
A: The continuous channel around the optical area is consistent with a gasket-seating design. Where the fixture requires ingress protection, a matching silicone gasket can be seated in this channel and compressed against the housing. The achievable IP rating must be verified with the actual housing and gasket assembly.
Q: Can you supply the matching PCB as well?
A: Yes. Supplying the optical lens together with a matching aluminum PCB as a pre-aligned kit ensures the LED positions correspond exactly to the lens cavities and simplifies assembly on your production line.
