Product Overview

This module packages 144 pcs of 3030 SMD LED on a 150mm aluminum board with a 184mm PC optical lens into one assembly. The optical distribution is a 60 degree narrow beam, which is the configuration chosen when mounting height is high and the target is a defined working plane rather than a broad wash of light.Because the lens, board and LED array are supplied as a matched set, the photometric result is fixed at assembly instead of depending on how the fixture maker aligns secondary optics. That shortens both design and assembly work: the fixture housing only needs a matching mechanical interface, a driver for the 9 series 16 parallel circuit, and a thermal path for the 150mm board.

Packing and Delivery

Quality Control

LEDs are checked for colour bin and forward voltage before reflow. After assembly each lot is sampled for circuit continuity, lens seating, transmittance and visual defects, and the results are recorded against the lot number. Boards are packed only after a full optical face inspection, and a retained sample from each lot is kept for twelve months so that any claim can be compared with the original build.
