- Cooling Process: Avoid mechanical pressure and strong shaking during cooling
- Prohibited: Fast cooling, welding on deformed PCB, contact with water, oil, or organic solvents
- Current Requirements: Consider maximum temperature when operating at full current
- ESD Protection: Use wrist straps or anti-static gloves with grounded equipment
