The SUN-D107-75x135 is a borosilicate glass optical lens delivering a 75 x 135 degree beam for 30-100W COB LED chips. Supplied with a silicone gasket, stainless steel holder and reflector, it installs easily with IP65 waterproof protection. With 90-93% light transmittance and a working temperature range of -50 to +80 C, it suits tunnel light, street light, park light, solar light and flood light fixtures.

We manufacture lenses across a broad size range, from compact optics for limited-depth fixtures to large-format lenses that allow a longer focal distance and tighter beam control. Base flanges can be round, rounded-square or freeform. Share your fixture drawing or required diameter and height, and we will recommend a suitable geometry.

What materials are the lenses made from, and how do I choose? 

Lenses are produced from optical-grade PMMA or optical-grade PC. PMMA offers high light transmittance and strong resistance to UV yellowing, making it a good fit for most indoor and outdoor fixtures. PC provides higher impact resistance and better thermal tolerance for demanding environments. We can advise on the appropriate material once the application and operating conditions are known.

Which LED light sources can these lenses be matched with?

These optics are typically matched with single high-power LEDs or COB light sources, depending on the light-emitting surface diameter, package height and designed focal distance. Please provide your LED part number so we can confirm compatibility.

How does a custom lens project begin?

It begins with your requirement: the application and fixture type, the target beam pattern, the LED part number and drive current, and the space available inside the fixture. From that, our engineering team assesses whether an existing design can be adapted or whether a new optical design is required.
