Q If leds in pcb need ground?

General LED lights have double insulation design, if they work at low voltage, they do not need to be grounded and can work normally.

However, if the voltage is too high or it is humid, or if it isa Class I lamp (LED street lamp, floodlight), grounding the LED lamp can effectively ensure our safety, avoid electric shock and fire, and protect the LED components from damage.

Q Will you offer samples for testing before placing an order?

Yes, we recommend testing LED lens samples first.

Q Is there a MOQ limit for LED light module orders?

Low MOQ, 1 piece for sample available. Bulk orders require a minimum of 50 pieces. We also handle small orders (around ten pieces) of LED lenses or LED light boards, but there will be a certain setup fee or engineering fee. We can discuss the specifics.

Q What is the lead time?

Samples take 3-5 days. Mass production takes 10-15 days, depending on the order quantity.

Q How do you ship the goods, and how long does delivery take?

Samples are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT (3-5 days). Bulk orders can be shipped by sea or air, or as per your preference.

Q Do you offer customize led pcb board? What about the delivery?

Q What is the maximum temperature that your PCB aluminum substrate can withstand?

The temperature when passing the LED pcb aluminum substrate's furnace can reach 70 ℃, and the normal working temperature should be controlled within 70 ℃.
